Centrasette 500/1200 TFF Systems provide a standard, off-the-shelf TFF system solution for biotechnology and biopharmaceutical drug developers and manufacturers working in cGMP manufacturing. Designed for all applications requiring concentration and diafiltration of suspended microparticulates or dissolved solutes (such as proteins or nucleic acids), they can be used in both microfiltration and ultrafiltration applications. The sanitary, self-venting, fully drainable design meets the demands of cGMP environments, with full traceability of process-wetted materials. They are available in both ‘basic’ and ‘advanced’ configuration to meet different functionality needs.
